I have loved reading for as long as I can remember. My parents have my collection of Dr. Seuss books stashed away at their house along with a bookshelf full of books I bought as a teenager. My bookshelves here at our house are full of a variety of books, as is my Kindle. So I always knew that I’d want to pass that love of reading down to my children.
Can we take a second to acknowledge something just absolutely crazy? There’s probably something like a million designers out there right now for our potential clients to choose from when they need design work done. Let that sink in for a second. It’s no wonder that all of us occasionally go through dry spells with work. Last week I talked about why your client experience is so important, and once you start thinking a little deeper, it’s probably more than obvious the way your experience can impact so many things like the ability to get referrals or just enjoy working with your clients.
