I can’t believe that it’s been so long since I’ve shared a project launch with y’all! I’ve had a few projects launch over the last couple of weeks, though, and I’m excited to share more about them with you guys here! First up is my project with Rachel!
If you’ve been following me for a while, then you might remember that I’ve worked with Rachel before on her previous branding. It was such a blast to work with her last time, so when she reached out to me again recently to create a logo for hew new brand, I knew immediately that it would be a no brainer! Rachel is one of those clients that is so easy to work with, and since she’s familiar with my process, the project with as smoothly as it possibly could.
The brand transition
Rachel mentioned in her email that she was going to be transitioning her brand to a new name, which was why she was looking for a new logo. She explained that she’d essentially outgrown her previous brand, and she was ready to start on a new direction that better related to where she is, which is focusing on helping passionate creatives perfect their brands to create pretty and profitable spaces online.
If you’re curious about how this transition looks from her perspective, read her post about rebranding here.

So with that being said, we got started on the moodboard process. Rachel described this new brand with these keywords fun, vibrant, positive, encouraging, and creative, and she knew that she wanted colors that were more bold. I definitely think we accomplished that ;) She also wanted to stick to a feminine color scheme since her target audience is women.
The final brand
I have to say that I absolutely love how this brand fell together based on our inspiration and the direction Rachel wants to go. We went with lettering done by hand for the word “hustle” because Rachel expressed that she likes the unique look it gives her brand. I love that the look of the word “hustle” specifically speaks to the vibrant and creative keywords for her brand.
Kind words from Rachel
I’ve hired Kory to do logo designs for two different brands and each time she has been a delight to work with. She is very clear about the expectations for projects and meets every single deadline she sets. She truly understands what I’ve wanted to create for my brands and continues to impress me with her designs! You’ll love working with her!
Be sure to head over to Rachel’s site to see her new brand in action! I have to say, I can’t wait to see where this transition takes her!
