Well, here it is, y’all! October is finally here. As I mentioned yesterday, I’m excited for so many things for this month. These past few months have been so good to me, and I have to say, I truly hope October is just as good as the rest. Let’s get down to it, though, right?
Plan a second trip to see D– Done! He found out he gets an extra day off to spend with me, so that’ll be super fun! We’ve got a few places we’re wanting to go and things we want to do.Analyze survey results + begin moving towards next step in building new offering– Done! I’m so excited to be moving forward with Brand Catalyst. Last month I did a lot to get it started, and I’m even more excited about that!Finish reading ( or listening ) to Three to Get Deadly+ read Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook – Half done. It was super easy for me to finish TTGD. In fact, I finished it less than a week after writing last month’s goals post. JJJRH on the other hand is a little slower. There were several nights when I could have read or worked on something for myself, and I obviously chose the latter.Go for two months no soda– Done! As of today I’ve officially been 60 days without a soda. That’s pretty cool. I used to check off every day in one of my apps, but now that it’s been so long, I don’t even feel like I need to. I’m pretty proud of myself to have accomplished that!
Last month was so good. I feel really great about all the things that I did. Aside from this list, I also redesigned the inside of Idea To Launch and added more content, created a mini guide straight from it and launched it as the new opt-in incentive. I continued my trend of income from the previous month, got loads of work done, and booked some great new clients for work this month! Speaking of this month, the goals are:
- Work on developing the content for Brand Catalyst – As I mentioned, last month I did a lot to get this bad baby going. There’s a lot on the site done, but it’s time to start developing the actual content. I know this will take some time, but I also know if I do a little bit each week I’ll be able to get it done.
- Begin exploring natural healing – Earlier this week I finally purchased some essential oils. I know it’s all the craze right now on the internet, but I have to say, I’m a bit of a skeptic. I am intrigued by the idea of cutting out medicines though, so I’m looking forward to exploring how these oils help.
- Chat with a CPA + start preparing for 2015 – I’ve got a call scheduled with a wonderful CPA this Friday, and I’m actually looking forward to it. I know I’ve done things pretty well money wise so far this year, but I know there are things I can improve on for next year. I’d love to get some things set in stone for tax time next year.
- Meditate every day (except for on vacation) – Admittedly, as great as last month was, it was also difficult. I’ve mentioned to my newsletter subscribers that I do have some personal things weighing heavy on my heart lately. These things are starting to take their toll in a few different ways, and I’m not having that anymore! I’m committing myself to taking at least 10 minutes a day to meditate, as I always feel better afterwards.
So there you have it! With another vacation scheduled this month (literally a week from tomorrow), I’m super excited for all that’s coming, as I just know it’ll be good.
What about you? What are you working on for October?
