So, yesterday I told you guys that I was going to be telling something personal today and this is it. After several days, I’ve decided to work on starting to live more healthily. A friend of mine and I are doing this workout and the Special K Challenge. I’m really excited to work on these. It’s not that I feel like I need to lose a ton of weight, but a lot of it is just that I want to get in better shape and tone up. I am getting a little better at doing the work out already, and I just started the SKC yesterday so I’m excited to see the changes that it makes. I’ll definitely keep you guys up to date with how its working, so if you guys want to do it you can, too!
